Haven't received a purchase form our store?

• Double check you actually finished the payment! Don't worry, it happens to the best of us.
• Transactions may take over an hour to be approved. Check whether your payment has been received yet.
• After approval, it may take up to 15 minutes for your purchase to appear in-game. Be patient!
• In some cases, you may have to reconnect to the server for your purchase to appear.

If none of these are the problem, contact our support so the issue can be resolved quickly. Worst case scenario, we will verify your payment and manually give you your package(s) in-game.
