These are the full terms and conditions of our web store. Please read and understand them before finalising your purchase.

By making a purchase from our store you accept and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" refer to yourself as a customer who is making a purchase from our store. "We",  "us" and "our" refers to the Hellabread web store administration.

1) By making a purchase through this website you are agreeing that you are either 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian who is at least 18 years of age. By making any payment you are acknowledging that any payment sent will not be returned or refunded for any reason or by any means except under a special and specific agreement between yourself (the buyer) and us (Hellabread's web store administration). All orders are final and in the event of an account chargeback, your game account will be permanently banned from all our services. We reserve the right to ban any account for any reason with or without notice.

2) This site contains digital products, by continuing to purchase on this site you are explicitly waiving your rights to cancel, and request immediate access to your purchased digital product. Once a purchase is made your right to cancel the purchase is lost.

3) We have full access and control of perks, features, elements and contents of the goods and packages in our store, and we reserve the right to make any modification(s) to any package(s) at any time with or without notice. A certain feature, element of a rank, or any other content in the virtual store may be edited, refined to work differently, fixed or removed if decided by Hellabread’s administration team. You accept that there will be no refund or any other form of compensation in this case, except in the case of a special agreement between yourself (the buyer) and us (Hellabread's web store administration).

4) You accept and understand the possibility of loosing your purchased package(s) due to in-game events. Under these circumstances you understand and accept that we offer no refunds, returns, or any other form of compensation. Such in-game events include, but are not limited to:

* Loosing purchased item(s) in-game by any means.

* Loosing a purchased rank prefix, permission or feature if the rank is changed, edited, modified or removed.

* Loosing your purchased package(s) due to a server reset or permanent shut-down.

* Loosing a purchased rank due to an in-game demotion. We reserve the right to demote any user if we suspect them of breaking server rules or if their rank is removed.

* Loosing your purchased package(s) due to being banned from a server.

5) You are responsible for entering the correct username(s) and other details for the package(s) that you purchase. We take no liability if you do not receive your purchase due to entering incorrect details on our store. If you still manage to enter the incorrect username, you may contact support@hellabread.net and we will attempt to rectify the issue. We have no responsibility or obligation to do so, however we will try our best to resolve the issue and get you your purchased package(s). We will not offer a refund.

5) Purchasing any packages from our store for someone else, or using another player's username, is not allowed unless they grant you personal and explicit permission to do so. Doing so may result in a ban from all our services. Again, we reserve the right to ban any account for any reason with or without notice. If you believe someone has made a purchase on your behalf or using your username without your explicit permission, you may contact support@hellabread.net and we will deal with the issue.

6) We do not take any liability for our online goods being sold by third party users. Third party users found doing so will be permanently banned from all our services.

7) You understand that Hellabread is an independent service and has no relationship to Mojang, Minecraft, YouTube, Microsoft, Twitch, or any other service, brand, organisation or company which we may use, promote, or be involved with unless specifically stated by us.

8) The Hellabread web store administration have full access to data which is accessible through the web store interface of this store. No one else will have any form of access. No external systems will be used to handle, store or process data from this web store. No data will be exported or downloaded from this web store. Data from this web store will not be sold or given to any third party under any circumstances. Data will be used solely for fulfilling orders and offering support to customers.

9) These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time, with or without notice. Previous customers will not be affected by any changes.
