Want a refund?

As stated in our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to if you made a purchase on our store, any payment you made will not be returned or refunded for any reason or by any means except under a special and specific agreement between yourself (the buyer) and Hellabread's store administration. That said, we may offer a special agreement as a courtesy under certain circumstances. However, as clearly explained in our T&Cs, we have no obligation to do so. To inquire about a special agreement for a refund, contact our support team.

We may offer a special agreement for a refund under the following circumstances:

• If you have been permanently banned soon after purchasing.
• If you have received a lengthy temp-ban soon after purchasing.
• If you have been demoted soon after purchasing a rank.
• If your purchased package or several of its features have been permanently removed from Hellabread soon after you purchased.
• If you have donated or sent a large amount of money which we believe is irresponsible or detrimental to your finances.

If we believe you are abusing these circumstances (for example purposefully getting banned in order to receive a refund), it is incredibly unlikely that we will offer one.

If you are simply dissatisfied with the package(s) that you purchased, it is highly unlikely that we will offer a refund. What you were paying for was clearly explained to you on our store, as were the Terms and Conditions of the purchase. However, we don't want you to be unhappy! Contact us and we will endeavour to improve your experience as best we can.
